Function Description
The LINE Notify integration function allows task schedule messages to be sent to employees or chatgroups through the LINE Notify service. After employees log in by their usernames and passwords, they can view reports in LINE.

Preparation
Plugin Installation

LINE Notify Service Creation
Visit https://notify-bot.line.me/my/services/new, log in as an administrator with your personal LINE account, and enter all required information. Except for Callback URL, other configuration items can be customized. Set Callback URL to the the decision-making platform address suffixed with /v10/line/notify/callback.
After all required information is entered, click Agree and continue to submit the information.
Click Add on the submission completion page. Then the system will send a verification email. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the servic registration.
After completion, click Edit to re-edit the LINE Notify service. Then a unique account client ID is generated for the registered LINE Notify service.
After copying the complete client ID, suffix the value of Callback URL with /Client ID, for example, https://xxxx/webroot/decision/v10/line/notify/callback/XxMnPpUyIlQbWoJsTcMaLp.
LINE Notify Integration
Service Management
Choose System Management > LINE Notify Management > Service Management to enter the corresponding page.
Server Setting
Set Server URL to the URL of the decision-making platform.
If the server is not accessible to extranets, you need to configure forward proxy first, and set Proxy Server URL to the proxy URL.
After the above parameters are set, click Save.
Service Setting
Click the + icon and add a LINE Notify service. In the pop-up window, set Service Name, Client ID, and Client Secret.
You can set Service Name to any content. The value of Client ID and Client Secret can be found in the LINE Notify service information.
Visit https://notify-bot.line.me/my/services/, find the service you want to add, and click > to view the specific information of the service.
Set Client ID on the platform to the value of Client ID found in the service information.
Click the Display button next to Client Secret, and enter the displayed content into Client Secret on the platform.
You can add multiple LINE Notify services to the platform.
Member Management
Click the Member Management tab to enter Member List.
Platform User Authorization by the Administrator
1. Select one LINE Notify service from the Service drop-down list, select Unauthorized from the Authorization Status drop-down list, and click Query. In the query result below, all users to be authorized will be displayed.
2. Select a user, click the button corresponding to the user's account, and click Confirm to send messages to remind the user of authorization.
3. Alternatively, scroll the page to the bottom, click One-Click Remind, and click Confirm in the pop-up window to send authorization messages to all unauthorized users in batches.
4. (Optional) After logging in to the DataAnalyst app, view the authorization notification in Message. Click the authorization notification to begin authorization. You need to log in to your personal LINE account first.
5. After login, click 1-on-1 chat with LINE Notify and Agree and connect.
Binding LINE Notify Services by Users on the Decision-Making Platform
After logging in to the decision-making platform, click the green icon in the upper right corner.
In the pop-up window, select the LINE Notify service to be authorized from the drop-down list, and click Click to Authorize.
After logging in to your LINE account, click 1-on-1 chat with LINE Notify and Agree and connect.
Authorization Success
After successful authorization, you can view a message (indicating successful connection) sent automatically by LINE Notify in LINE.
Chatgroup Management
In V1.7.0 and later versions, the Chatgroup Management page is added for you to bind chatgroups in the LINE service and send messages to chatgroups configured in task schedule.
On the page, a drop-down list for selecting services, the Click to Authorize button, and a table displaying chatgroups are provided. By default, the Click to Authorize button (used to bind chatgroups) is grayed out (namely, inavailable). You can click this button only after you select a service.
The binding process of chatgroups is similar to that of members. However, you are advised to select 1-on-1 chat with LINE Notify during member management but select the required LINE chatgroup during chatgroup binding.
The unbinding button is provided on the right of the table, which is consistent with the unbinding function during member management.
In the confirmation box displayed after you click the Revoke Binding button, click Confirm to unbind the group.
After unbinding, the message "The authorization is revoked successfully." is displayed and the page is automatically refreshed.
Pushing Messages to LINE
Pushing Messages to One User by Task Schedule
Basic Task Setting
Go to Task Schedule and click Add Task.
(1) Basic Setting
Click Edit in Default User Group and select the platform user to which messages are pushed. Messages can be pushed through the LINE Notify service to only users who have authorized the LINE Notify service in advance.
(2) Schedul Object
Select the template to be pushed.
(3) Schedule Cycle
Set the task execution frequency.
(4) File Processing
Select Client Notification, tick LINE Notify Push, and select one LINE Notify service.

1. If the cover image is not uploaded, the image part in the message pushed to LINE will be blank.
2. If you change the cover, the image part in the previously-sent text message will disappear.
3. Due to LINE API limitations, file messages cannot be sent to LINE currently.
4. Administrators are advised to set a test task schedule by following the steps in this section after completing user matching. If the push fails or users cannot directly open the report in LINE, you need to first check whether the information entered in Chatgroup Management is accurate.
Pushing Messages to LINE Chatgroups by Task Schedule
The basic setting here is the same as that in the section "Basic Task Setting." Select LINE Chatgroup in Recipient in the File Processing step.

Unauthorizing LINE Notify Services
Log in to the platform and click the green icon in the upper right corner. In the pop-up window, select the LINE Notify service to be unbound from the drop-down list.
In the pop-up window, click Revoke Binding and Confirm.
LINE Notify Invoking Limitation
By default, LINE Notify can push up to 1000 messages to each user per hour. For more details, see https://notify-bot.line.me/doc/en/.
