Template Message Setting Entry
1. Right-click a cell, choose Widget Setting > Event, click the + icon, select an event, and select Template Message from the drop-down list.
2. Choose Template (on the designer toolbar) > Web Attribute. Template Message is added in Event Settings of three tab pages: Data Analysis Setting, Pagination Preview, and Data Entry Setting.
Example
The following content illustrates how to notify the corresponding personnel to view a template through a simple example.
Adding Template Web Attributes
Open the template under the path %FR_HOME%\webapps\webroot\WEB-INF\reportlets\doc\Form\LineForm\LineForm1.cpt.
Choose Template > Web Attribute > Data Entry Setting, select Set for This Template Separately from the drop-down list of Following Settings, click the + icon in the Event Settings area, select an event, and set Event Type to Template Message.
Set a Message Receiver
Template messages can be sent to platform users, roles, and departments, with the final receiver being the union of the three.
Take the user Anna as an example here.

1. You can enter multiple users separated by commas (example: User 1, User 2, User 3).
2. The username, role, and department cannot be empty at the same time.
Entering Message Content
1. Client: includes three options: PC Platform, App, and Teams Push.
2. Link (mandatory): allows you to enter the link (format: decision/view/report?viewlet=LineForm.cpt&op=h5) through which a template can be opened in the way of Pagination Preview after a template message is sent.
3. Title: allows you to enter the template message title.
4. Content: allows you to enter the message prompt content.
5. Cover Image: allows you to select a cover image for the template message.

1. You are advised to use a 640 x 320 (aspect ratio: 2:1) image within 5 MB in JPG or PNG format.
2. The image is set to automatically adapt the real situation after being uploaded.

1. You can enter formulas in Link, Title, and Content. If parameters are used, the default parameter value can be obtained only from template parameters and global parameters, not from dataset parameters.
2. If there are special characters (such as +, \, and /) in Link, Title, and Content, they need to be correctly converted.
