Overview
Application Scenario
When viewing a dashboard, you may often only need to focus on data for a specific department/project or in a time period. In this case, you need to filter corresponding information by filtering components.
The Query Condition function allows you to save commonly-used filtering conditions and quick settings, greatly facilitating quick access. You no longer need to repeatedly adjust filtering conditions every time entering the page, highly improving the query efficiency.
For example, you only need to focus on the contract amount of long-term agreements. After you set the default query condition and select Contract Type and Contract Payment Type in Quick Setting, the system will automatically display the data with Contract Type set to Long-term agreement every time the dashboard is opened, as shown in the following figure.
Function Description
Each user can create up to five query conditions for each dashboard.
Through these query conditions, the filtering status of the filter components and the relevant quick settings can be automatically saved for quick invoking during later use.
Procedure
(1) When browsing the dashboard, first filter the data according to your own needs, and complete the relevant operation settings. Here, select Long-term agreement and deselect Delivered or Not and Customer ID in Quick Setting, as shown in the following figure.
(2) After completing the above settings, choose Original Query Condition > Create Query Condition to save the current operations for subsequent use at any time. If you want to directly view the currently-set query result every time you enter the dashboard, just click Set as Default Query Condition, as shown in the following figure.
(3) Finally, check the effect after the settings. After you refresh and re-enter the dashboard, the result meeting the query condition you just set will be directly displayed, as shown in the following figure.
