Application Scenario

Plugin Installation

Procedure
Plugin Installation
After plugin installation, the admin can see the added Report Community configuration item under System Management on the decision-making platform.
Comment Enabling
After the plugin installation for the first time, the admin needs to tick Enable Comment and select the notification method for comments.
Dashboard Community Comment
After the login, users with the viewing permissions can access the dashboard preview page and click the community dynamics button. Then the sidebar pops up on the right, displaying the comment dynamics (currently supporting the two-level structure of comment + reply by default).
Users can add, reply, edit, and delete comments.
Adding: You can enter the comment in the top input box of the sidebar, and click Submit to publish the comment successfully.
Reply: You can click the Reply button and enter the reply to the comment.
Editing: You can hover the cursor over the corresponding comment card, click the pop-up toolbar icon, and edit the comment.
Deletion: You can hover the cursor over the corresponding comment card, click the pop-up toolbar icon, and delete the comment.
Extra reminder: You can enter @ in the comment input box and select the required user in the pop-up user search box. After the comment takes effect, the corresponding user will be notified through the system message.
Dashboard Community Following
The community Follow button is added to the dashboard preview page. After clicking Follow, the user can receive notifications of the community comment dynamics of the current dashboard.
Dashboard Community Configuration
You can click the community configuration icon on the dashboard editing page and set Enable Comment and Notification Method. You can select Use Server Configuration for Following Configurations or deselect it to configure the settings for the dashboard separately.
The current notification methods include System Notification, Email Notification, and SMS Notification. The email and SMS notifications are available only when you enable corresponding functions on the platform.
Permission Management
Admins can separately set comment permissions for users through Permission Management under Report Community on the decision-making platform.
Report Comment Management
You can query comment data through Comment Time, Template Name, and Comment Content. Admins can view all data, while common users can only view their own comment data. You can delete comment data within the scope of permissions.
Notes
1. Comment notification logic: Only users who follow the dashboard can receive notification messages for comments made by others (excluding the current user) on that dashboard.
2. Notification method: Different from System Notification, Email Notification and SMS Notification are available only when you enable the corresponding functions on the decision-making platform.
