    Application Scenarios

    When admins need to assign Use, Manage, and Authorize permissions for data connections to other users, they can set them in Manage > Permission.

    When a super admin assigns data connection permission to Dept., Role or users in User List, the object will become a subordinate admin.

    Sub-admins can create, edit, and delete data connections with permissions.

    Permissions to use a specific data connection

    Subordinate admins can log into FineBI and go to Manage > Data Connection > Data Connection Management > to add data.

    Permissions to manage a specific data connection

    Subordinate admins can log into FineBI and go to Manage > Data Connection > Data Connection Management to perform operations such as copying, renaming, modifying, and deleting the data connection.

    Subordinate admins can log into FineBI and go to Manage > Permission > Data Authorization to assign corresponding permissions of the data connection to the users.
