Application Scenarios

When some users use FineBI, improper operations may affect the normal use of other users or the stability of system performance. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid this issue.

In My Analysis > Edit, you can setdata volume limit to avoid the risk mentioned above and ensure the normal use of FineBI.

Functions

Click My Analysis > Edit, and you can select rows of data as needed for calculation.

In My Analysis > Edit, you can set calculated data volume, with a maximum data volume of 10,000k rows.

If it exceeds 10,000k rows, only the first 10,000k rows will be taken for calculation. Calculated data volume for different data volumes is shown as below:

Note: If the dataset uses cached data (parent table is not updated or has not been updated completely), the calculated data will be the first 10,000k rows, otherwise you can be select between 100k and 10,000k rows.

The source table is the simplest table and cannot be switched, as is shown below:

A simplest table should meet the following three conditions:

• Published and non-Excel-uploaded self-service dataset.

• No associations.

• Tables with table selection steps only; tables that have table selection steps and a field setting step without field type conversion.
