Application Scenarios
You can view the update information to find a table's update history, Data Used Space, and changes in Number of data entries.
Functions
The update history of a data table will be saved in the update information.
Direct data tables does not require updates, so there is no Update Information tab set for the tables.
Update Information
After selecting a table, you can click Update Information to view the Update Status.
Single Table Update: For details, see Basic Table Update, Self-service Table Update.
Data Used Space: Display the size of the disk space occupied by the table.
Hover the cursor over , and it will prompt the current update status of the table:
· Waiting for updates: Display the reason for waiting for updates.
· Updating: If the SQL dataset or Database table is updated, it will prompt the historical average update time and current update stage. You can find whether the update is stuck from the historical update time.
· Update Successful: Display whether the update is successful and the time of the latest successful update.
Update information record:

The number of data | Record the number of data added or deleted in each update, as well as the total number of data entries. |
The update task this table belongs to | Record which update task this table belongs to. |
The basic table information involved Only the self-service dataset has this function. | Click to see the basic table and its update information of the self-service dataset. If the table of the self-service dataset is Excel, the The basic table information involved page will be empty. |
Note: Display up to 100 items and only show the latest updates from the past month.
