Application Scenario
When you create a component, all data is selected by default for the calculation and display. If you deselect View all data, only partial data will be displayed. Therefore, after creating and optimizing the dashboard, you can click Preview to view all data in the finished dashboard.
Function Description
You can preview dashboards in FineBI, and the preview page displays all data. That is, the viewing status of other users after sharing or publishing to a directory is the same as yours.
Constraint Condition
If you share this preview link with others, they must enable Template Authentication after logging in toFineBI to view the dashboard normally.
If template authentication is enabled in the dashboard, other users can view the dashboard normally through the URL after successful authentication.
If template authentication of the component is disabled, users with data access permissions within the dashboard can view the dashboard normally. If there is no relevant data permission, the components within the dashboard will be displayed as "You currently have no permission to view the component data."
Function Description
Preview in an Analysis Subject
Click Preview in the upper right corner of the dashboard editing page to preview the dashboard, as shown in the following figure.
And you can view the style of mounted or shared dashboard (displaying complete data).
There are several buttons on the preview page, as shown in the following figure, and here are descriptions of Save as Subject, Export, Refresh, and Edit.
Save as Subject: Click it to save the dashboard as another subject.
Export: Click it to export the dashboard as a PDF file or Excel.
Refresh: Click it to refresh the dashboard.
Edit Dashboard: Click it to go to the dashboard editing page.
Dashboard Preview Link
If you want to preview a single dashboard, you need to concatenate the preview link.

1. Click the dashboard to obtain the dashboard ID.
2. Place the dashboard ID in the corresponding position according to the preview link format.

Hiding the Toolbar
If you want to hide the toolbar on the preview page, you can add the parameter suffix ?entryType=7 at the end of the link. You can view the effect after hiding in the following figure.
