Added the Last edited area where you can view recently edited analysis subjects including those collaborated by others to you.
You can perform data analysis and visualization in FineBI through analysis subjects. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the created subjects.
FineBI allows managing analysis subjects like renaming, batch moving, deleting, and searching.
FineBI allows organizing subjects into folders for classification. It also allows editing, renaming, moving, batch moving, saving as, deleting, batch deleting, searching, and collaborating on subjects.
Note: Some buttons for these functions are available both in the analysis subject list on the left and in the preview area on the right. The functions in both locations have the same effect.
This article only describes the screenshot and effect of functions in the left list area.
Select a subject. Click > Edit or click Edit in the upper right corner of the subject to go to the editing interface.
On the right side of My Analysis, click Last Edited and you can view recently edited subjects, including those collaborated by others to you.
In the analysis list interface:
Click > Rename to change the name of the selected subject.
In the subject editing interface:
You can click the current name to change it directly or click > Rename.
Click > Move to.
Select the corresponding location in the folder that the subject will be moved to, and click OK.
Click > Save As or click Save as subject in the preview area.
Set the name and location of the saved subject, click OK, and the subject editing interface will automatically open.
Click > Save As.
Note:
1. When you perform Save As on a subject, if any dataset in the subject refers to a direct parent table that the user does not have permission to access, the subject cannot be successfully saved.
2. When you perform Copy or Copy to a dataset within a subject, if the dataset refers to a direct parent table that the user does not have permission to access, the dataset will fail to be copied or copied to.
Click > Delete to delete the subject.
Note: The subject cannot be deleted if there are published datasets or dashboards in it.
You can find the deleted components, dashboards and data tables of the subject in Recycle bin.
You can enter keywords to search related subjects.
You can collaborate the subject to other design users.

Switch the tab at the button to view the data, component or dashboard of the subject.
When you preview, select the dashboard, and click Refresh to view the latest settings of the dashboard.
If there are too many components in the subject, you need to create multiple dashboards.
Click the dashboard tab, and click Hide all components to hide all components used in dashboards.
Click Show all hidden components to restore.
