Adding Data of the Current Project

Application Scenario

Enterprises are generally business users, and data that business users need to use have already been added and authorized in Public Data. Business users can directly add the data.

Function Description

You can click My Analysis and click New Subject to add data of Current Project.

You can select data from Public Data, My Analysis, and Last Selected.

Data Source Explanation

You can select data from Public Data, My Analysis, and Last Selected in FineBI. The data in the example is selected from Public Data.

Data Source of Current Project	Description of User Available Data	Illustration
Public Data	You can add the datasets that are  uploaded by the admin to Public Data  and accessible to you.
My Analysis	1. You can add the processed datasets  from My Analysis. 2. You can add Excel files you have  uploaded from the local.
Last Selected	You can add the last selected data.

Adding Data of the Current Project

1. Click New Subject to enter the Select Data interface. Click the Current Project tab to add data.

Data Selection

For example, select the table Regional Data Analysis under Public Data > Sale_Lisa. Click OK to complete data adding.

Effect Display

You find adding tables one by one too slow and prefer to add tables in batches. You can click the Batch Select button on the Select Data editing page to add tables in batches.
