Application Scenario
You (the super admin) can assign Authorization permission on API tasks to a user to make the user a subordinate admin.
The sub-admin can assign Management permission on API tasks to subordinate members, allowing the member to view and edit the task.
Prerequisite
If you enable the User Restriction control, you need to add authorized users to Data Development User. For details, see Platform User.
Overview
The example in this section shows how to assign Authorization permission on the Data Service task to the user eoco, allowing eoco to assign Management permission on API tasks to the Human resources department.
Enabling Data Service API Management
Log in to FineDataLink as the super admin, choose System Management > Permission Management, click the icon, enable Hierarchical Authorization and Data Service API Management, and click Save, as shown in the following figure.

Configuring Authorization Permission on Data Service Task
Log in to FineDataLink as the admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Authorization Configuration. You can select the permission carrier from Dept./Role/User List.
In this example, select eoco from User List and enable the Authorization permission of the Financial Data folder in Data Service API, as shown in the following figure.

Assigning Authorization Permission of Personnel Management
Log in to FineDataLink as the admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Authorization Configuration. You can select the permission carrier from Dept./Role/User List.
In this example, select eoco from User List, choose Personnel Management and enable the Authorization permission of the Human resources department, as shown in the following figure.
Assigning Use Permission of System Management
Log in to FineDataLink as the admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration. You can select the permission carrier from Dept./Role/User List.
In this example, select eoco from User List, choose System Management and enable the Use permission of the Permission Management module, as shown in the following figure.
Effect Display
Log in to the user eoco account and choose System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration. You can can assign Management permission of all Data Service tasks in the Financial Data folder to the Human resources department, as shown in the following figure.
