I. Overview
1) There are three types of reports. Please see details in the document of Template design types. Among others, the Normal Report is the most commonly used.
2) The Normal Report has a Excel-like design interface. uses cpt as the file storage type and The design of the Normal Report can be mainly divided into four parts: report design, parameter design, chart design and data entry design.
3) The features of the Normal Report: The Normal Report, depending on cell expansion, parent-child cell relation, and multi-sheet function, can realize complex table styles and various operations between cells. Nevertheless, there are some shortcomings in the aggregation report: Cells interact with each other. Sheets are not easy to be displayed independently, and limited to the regular grid report. Partial refresh is not supported.

II. Steps
1. New Normal Report
There are two ways to create a new Normal Report:
1) Toolbar > File > New Normal Report;
2) Click to create a new Normal Report.
2. Interface of Normal Report
1) Report design interface
Preview mode: Including pagination, data analysis, data entry, new data entry, preview at mobile terminals.
Shortcuts: Including save, undo, redo, cut, copy, paste, format painter
Cell format: Including font, font size, etc.
Cell Element: Including text, rich text, charts, etc.

Cell design canvas for cell operation
Sheet management: add a sheet in the Normal Report or the Aggregation Report
Canvas zoom: adjust the size of canvas displayed on the Designer.
Cell setting interface: Including cell elements, cell attributes, floating elements, widgets, conditional formatting, hyperlink settings.
2) Parameter interface
Click icon to enter the parameter interface.
1) Parameter widget selection: including text widget, number widget, etc.
2) Parameter pane design canvas: layout parameter widget.
3) Parameter management select or manage parameter widget.
4) Widget Settings: can set widget properties, events and properties of mobile terminals.
