Chart Data Table

1) Chart Data Table is a setting under the Chart Style attribute, which, when enabled, converts data bound to the chart into a table and display it below the chart. as shown in the following diagram:

2) Data Table function is available only in Column Chart, Line Chart, Area Chart and Combination Chart.

3) This function is not available on mobile terminals.

Take the Floating Chart-Column Chart as an example.

Double-click the chart and select [Style]> [Data Table] on the right to perform data table style adjustment. The Data Table provides 3 settings: Data Format, Style, and Border. Adjustments made to the style can be seen in real time in the floating chart effect on the left. as shown in the following diagram:

1. Data Table Format

This section sets the format of the data, including Common, Number, Currency, Percentage, and Scientific Notation.

2. Data Table Style

This section sets the character style, including Font, Font size, Color, Italic and Bold.

3. Data Table Border

This section sets the line style and color of the border.

4. Others

To set a data table for a certain series or category, you can add conditions of displaying a data table through [Special Effect]>[Conditional Formatting].
