Flexible and efficient work is inseparable from the use of shortcut keys. Which shortcut keys can be used in the designer?

1. Common shortcut keys

Window version

Copy: Ctrl + C

Paste: Ctrl + V

Cut: Ctrl + X

Select all: Ctrl + A

Save: Ctrl + S

Undo: Ctrl + Z

Redo: Ctrl + Y

Mac version

Copy: Command (⌘) + C

Paste: Command (⌘) + V

Cut: Command (⌘) + X

Select all: Command (⌘) + A

Save: Command (⌘) + S

Undo: Command (⌘) + Z

Merge cells: Alt + M

Unmerge cells: Alt + G

Format painter: Ctrl + B

Insert data column: Alt + D

Insert plain text: Alt + T

Insert rich text: Alt + R

Insert formula: Alt + F

Insert chart: Alt + C

Insert picture: Alt + I

Insert slash: Alt + X

Insert subreport: Alt + S

Note: insert ordinary text shortcut key. When the selected cell is empty, the cell will get the cursor; when the cell has text, the cursor will be added at the end of the text; when the cell has other content (such as formula), the cursor will be obtained after clearing the content.

4. Other shortcut keys

1) The following functions can be quickly achieved by clicking the corresponding menu bar and pressing the corresponding letter key, as shown in the figure below:

2) In the menu bar of designer, click template > data entry attributes >data entry shortcuts settings. You can use the following shortcut keys, and click swap button to swap the shortcut keys of the next column and line.

Occasionally, there may be a situation where the modification of the "Data Entry Shortcut" does not take effect? At this point, we can connect to the FineDB library ( Introduction to FineDB Database ), modifyid = 'ServerPreferenceConfig.writeShortCuts' The corresponding attribute value, after modification, restart the service to take effect; the default value is false, modify it to true.
