Application Scenarios
You can set a login timeout interval for security. The system will automatically log out when the set interval is reached.
You can also directly enable Show Keep Logged In to maintain your login status for 14 days.
If 14 days is too long for you, you can customize the login timeout interval (like seven days), rather than enable Show Keep Logged In.
Note: The function is also supported on mobile terminals.
Functions
Admins can enable the Show Keep Logged In function as needed and set a login timeout interval. When the set interval is reached, the system will automatically log out.

Scenario One
Enabling Show Keep Logged In by Admins
Log into the decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting, enable Show Keep Logged In, and set Login Timeout.
The Login Timeout interval needs to be more than 10 minutes and less than 14 days.
The default is 60 minutes.
Ticking Keep Logged In by Users
Users tick Keep Logged In when logging into the decision-making platform.
Demonstration
The login timeout interval is 14 days by default, rather than the Login Timeout set in Login Timeout Setting in System Management > System Setting > Login.
Scenario Two
Enabling Show Keep Logged In by Admins
Log into the decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting, enable Show Keep Logged In, and set Login Timeout.

Unticking Keep Logged In by Users
Users do not tick Keep Logged In when logging into the decision-making platform.

Provided that the set login timeout interval (10 minutes) has reached:
1. When you log into the decision-making platform and then stop operating over 10 minutes, a prompt pops up: Login information has expired, please log in again.
2. When you preview a template (after enabling Role Permission Authentication) and then stop operating over 10 minutes, a prompt pops up: Login information has expired, please log in again.
Scenario Three
Disabling Show Keep Logged In by Admins
Log into the decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > System Setting > Login > Login Timeout Setting, disable Show Keep Logged In, and set Login Timeout.
The Login Timeout interval needs to be more than 10 minutes and less than 14 days.
The default is 60 minutes.
No Keep Logged In Option for Users
No Keep Logged In option in the login interface of the decision-making platform is equivalent to unticking Keep Logged In.

Provided that the set login timeout interval (10 minutes) has reached:
