I. Overview
1) The conditional display function of the chart provides more possibilities for the final display effect of the chart, and makes the chart have more personalized display forms.
2) The setting method of conditional display of charts is basically the same as that of conditional formatting of cells. It is necessary to define attribute styles and conditions to be met. The chart elements that meet the conditions will display the defined attribute styles in preview.
3) Through conditional display, you can set custom color matching effect for a certain series, category and value.

II. Operation steps
1. Insert Chart
1) Insert a floating chart, select [Column Chart], select the first most basic column chart
2) Adjust the chart size
2. Set chart data
1) create a new dataset [ds1]
2) Refer to the figure below to set chart data
3) Set the rotation angle for the label text on the X-axis, so that even if the label text is long, it can be displayed completely
3. Preview
The chart has two series, drinks and desserts, which are displayed in groups according to the corresponding salesperson
4. New conditional display
Select [Special effect]> [Conditional display]. Click [+] to add a condition attribute
5. Set color matching attributes
1) Click [+] and select [Color Matching]
2) Select [Gradient Color] and click the pointers at both ends of the gradient bar to set the colors respectively
6. Set conditions
1) Select [Series Name] for [Optional Column] and [Equal] for [Operator], and fill “Desserts” in the value. Click [+Add] to complete the condition setting
2) Preview, and the dessert series are all displayed by gradient color
