Function Description
FineVis is a zero-code data visualization design tool that satisfies data visualization requirements in various scenarios, such as large screens, PCs, and mobile terminals, in a more convenient and professional way.
FVS is currently embedded in FineReport as a plugin.
For details about plugin installation and configuration requirements, see FVS Installation and Configuration Requirement.

Learning Resource
If you are a beginner, you are advised to learn FVS based on the learning path of FVS.
Effortless Template Creation
WYSIWYG
FVS, which is based on the B/S end technology development mode, provides multiple built-in chart types and styles, allowing you to quickly create a visualization dashboard by dragging components without setting data.
FVS delivers true WYSIWYG editing, and any detail adjustments can be displayed in the editor in real time. That is, you do not need to frequently save and preview templates.
You can drag, copy, and paste multiple components by group, align them by group with one click, and adjust component layers, enabling FineVis visualization dashboards with numerous components to be simpler.
Resource Reuse
FVS provides FVS resource center where four types of reuse resources, including templates, components, images, and videos are available, making UI design easy.
1. Template reuse
You can select template resources in Homepage during visualization dashboard creation.
You can also upload local FVS or MFVS templates for dashboard creation in Local Resource.
2. Component reuse
You can select local component resource files (MFREU files) under My FVS Resource Management > Add from Local.
After adding the component resource files you can close the pop-up window and click Refresh Resource to retrieve the newly added components for use.

3. Resource management
In each resource reuse scenario, you can open the My FVS Resource Management page or choose Server > My FVS Resource Management from the top menu bar to open the pop-up box.
Multiple Types of Built-in Components
FVS supports four major types of components, namely, 3D components, charts, widgets, and other components (including text, media, and container components).
All basic and extended charts in FineReport are built-in in FVS and all existing functions of charts are retained.
Title, rich text, image, and table components are built-in, performing their respective functions in different scenarios.
Commonly used functions (such as real-time 3D model import and real-time monitoring video functions) for large screens are built-in.
Web frame, rich text, and carousel components are built-in to support general template functions.
Commonly used widgets are built-in to support functions such as parameter filtering and component linkages.
Five adaptation methods, namely Auto, Vertically, Horizontally, Horizontally and Vertically, and None, are available in FVS, fully meeting your multi-screen adaptation needs.
Innovative Pagination Design
Multi-Page Storytelling Dashboard
Sometimes, one page cannot accommodate the content of all dashboards. In this case, you may need to create multiple sub-theme templates, which is laborious.
FVS allows you to create multiple pages in one template and quickly reuse the content across pages.
Smooth Transition Between Pages
When you switch pages between two templates, the loading may be time-consuming.
FVS allows you to set a smooth transition between two pages. In this case, the templates with the same background can be switched through shape changes or fade-ins and fade-outs, rather than being repeatedly loaded, making the carousel switchover smoother.
You can also realize the effect in 3D Background under Page > Background with the FineVis Data Visualization plugin of version V2.0.0.
Easily Retrievable 3D Component
One-Click 3D City Generation
Using the FVS 3D city scene component, you just need to import the map data of the city buildings with one click to generate the 3D models.
One-Click Custom Model Importing
You can import custom model files through both the 3D city scene component and the custom 3D scene component. You can set data labels and interaction effects in the product and easily realize scenarios such as smart parks and workshop monitoring.
One-Click Unity Model Integration
You can import, edit, save, and preview Unity resources through the Unity component to achieve richer 3D effects.
Rapid Multi-Terminal Dashboard Creation
Multi-Terminal Adaptation
FineVis visualization dashboards can be adapted to multiple terminals, including PCs, large screens, and mobile terminals, with adaptive sizes that prevent deformation.
Fast Conversion from the PC to the Mobile Terminal
By creating standardized templates on PC and making appropriate adjustments during editing on mobile terminals, you can quickly convert PC templates into mobile templates.

FVS Demonstration with the Assistance of the Off-Screen Control
As a method used to remotely control FVS templates, off-screen control allows you to scan the QR code unique to off-screen control through mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets to capture the screen image in real time, enabling easy FVS template control.
The off-screen control function applies to scenarios such as large-screen visits, presentation reports, and explanatory demonstrations. In these scenarios, speakers no longer need to control FVS templates through PCs. Instead, the speakers can control the screen just through a handheld touchscreen mobile device.
