Application Scenario
In enterprises, data reported by various departments needs to be reviewed level-by-level by higher-level departments. Data that does not pass review is sent back to the original reporter to re-fill, re-report, and re-apply for review until only the correct one is stored in the database.
Function Description
To meet the above need, FineReport provides a multi-level report function.
1. Admins can add report processes on the tab page and set report tasks for data circulation.
2. Users can complete corresponding tasks, thus achieving data report, review, and check.
Setting Procedure
The following table describes the steps to use the multi-level report function in FineReport.
Function Step | Function Description | |
---|---|---|
Basic Functions | Multi-Level Report Entry Preparations | Introduces how to create a multi-level report directory and assign the viewing and use permission to users so that they can use the multi-level report function and find the function entry. |
Report Template Design | Introduces how to design simple data entry reports and general reports, with some report-specific parameters applicable to report tasks. | |
Report Process Adding | Introduces how to configure (add, delete, view, and modify) report processes on the Report Process Management tab page, how to add nodes, and how to configure nodes to achieve data circulation. | |
Report Task Adding | Introduces how to call the created report processes in report tasks. | |
Task Circulation | ![]() | |
Other Functions | Multi-Level Report Integration | Introduces how to perform the multi-level report through independent links and how to assign the access permission of the independent links. |
