I. Overview
Default plugins in a dashboard are identical with those in a common report, and are set in the same way. This article introduces widgets specific to a dashboard, some of which cannot be used unless relevant plugins are installed.
II. Widgets
1. Video player widget
The paid plugin “Video Player Widget” should be installed. The widget can be used to play local or online videos.
2. Carousel widgets
1) Tab block widget with carousel effect
The paid plugin “Tab Carousel Effect” should be installed to enable carousel effects such as horizontal scrolling, vertical scrolling and 3D flipping of Tab blocks.
2) Picture carousel widget
The paid plugin “Picture Carousel Widget” should be installed to enable carousel of pictures.
After this plugin is applied to a local template, a folder named imgroll will be generated under the designer installation path %FR_HOME%\webapps\webroot\, where pictures for a carousel should be stored. When it is applied on a server, both the template and the folder should be copied to a remote server.
3. Widget display effect configuration interface
The paid plugin “Widget Display Effect Configuration” should be installed. The plugin, once installed, can configure a uniform style for widgets on the decision-making platform.

The plugin “Scrolling Message Widget” should be installed. It can enable the following effect:

The paid plugin “Flip Counter Creator” should be installed to enable dynamic flip effect.

8. Picture widget
If you wish to display a picture in a gauge, you have to first drag a report block into the dashboard and then drag a picture into the report block.
After the plugin “Picture Widget Designer” is installed, you may directly drag the picture widget to add a picture, making report development more flexible.
9. Rich text widget
The paid plugin “WangEditor Rich Text Widget” should be installed to enable the effect of adding a rich text similar to that in a common report.
