    Application Scenarios

Super admins assign Personnel Management authorization permission to department/role/personnel, and the object assigned permission will become a subordinate admin.

The subordinate admin can assign Personnel Management permissions to the subordinate users.

    Examples

Assign the Authorize permission of sales department users to the sales director, so that the sales director can assign the Personnel Management permission to the sales department employees on the Manage > Permission interface.

    Enabling Hierarchical Authorization

The admin logs into FineBI, goes to System Management > Permission Management > , enables Hierarchical Authorization, and clicks Save.

Configuring Authorization Permissions for Personnel Management

The admin logs into FineBI, clicks System Management > Permission Management > Authorization Configuration, and selects the permission carrier department/role/user.

This example chooses Sales director in Sales department.

Select Personnel Management, and configure the Authorize permission of Sales department for Sales director.

Configuring Authorization Permissions for System Management

The admin logs into FineBI, clicks System Management > Permission Management > Authorization Configuration, and selects the permission carrier department/role/user.

This example chooses Sales director in Sales department.

Select System Management, and configure the Authorize permission of the User Management module for Sales director.

Configuring Use Permissions for System Management

The admin logs into FineBI, goes to System Management > Permission Management > Common Permission Configuration, and selects the permission carrier department/role/user.

This example chooses Sales director in Sales department.

Select System Management, and configure the Use permission of the Permission Management module for Sales director.

    Demonstration

Sales director Alice can log into FineBI, click System Management > Permission Management, and assign Personnel Management permissions to the department/role with permissions.

    Notes

After assigning the Personnel Management authorization permission of the parent department to the department/role/personnel, the small lock icon of the sub-department will be grayed out and permissions cannot continue to be configured.

For example, after assigning the Personnel Management authorization permission of the parent node Sales department to the Human resources department:

    1. Admins cannot revoke the assigned Personnel Management authorization permission of the Human resources department to the child node Sales group 1.

It will prompt: Cannot be inverted, it needs to be consistent with the parent node of the parent resource.

    2. Admins cannot revoke the assigned Personnel Management authorization permission of the sub-department Human resources 1 to the child node Sales group 1.

It will prompt: Cannot be inverted, it needs to be consistent with the parent node of the parent resource.

After assigning the Authorize permission of User to department/role/personnel, the small lock icon of the child node will be grayed out and permissions cannot continue to be configured.

It will prompt: Change is disallowed. Permissions assigned to sub-nodes must be consistent with those assigned to the parent resource node.
