You can set the table format for the group table and cross table so that they can display all data automatically without clicking .
You can also set Display Sequence Number, Freeze Table Dimensions, and Number of page rows in Format.
Go to Component Style > Format to make relevant settings.
Group Table: The settings of Number of page rows, Display Sequence Number, Expand Row Header Node, and Freeze Table Dimensions are supported.
Cross Table: The settings of Number page rows, Number of page columns, Display Sequence Number, Expand Row Header Node, Expand List Header Node, and Freeze Table Dimensions are supported.
Detail Table: The settings of Number of page rows, Show Row Info, Display Sequence Number, and Before freezing N column are supported.
The rows displayed in each page of a table will be in accordance with the number you have set. The rows exceeding the limit will be displayed in the next page.
For example, set Number of page rows as 5. Only five rows can be displayed in each page. The rows exceeding the limit will be displayed in the next page.
If you tick Display Sequence Number, one column, which is used to display the serial number, will be added in the table.
If you tick Expand Row Header Node, all header nodes in the group of a table will be expanded.
Except using this function, you can also click in the uppermost part of a table to view all data.
Note: Through the latter way, you can only view the data expanded. Saving the operation is not supported. The table will still be folded even if you refresh it.
Freeze Table Dimensions allows you to fix the width of fields in Dimensions. When you view the table left and right through the scroll bar, the width and position of the frozen dimension fields remain unchanged.
The settings of Number page rows, Number of page columns, Display Sequence Number, Expand Row Header Node, Expand List Header Node, and Freeze Table Dimensions are supported in Cross Table.

The columns displayed (except the dimension field columns and the total column) in each page of a table will be in accordance with the number you have set. Number of page columns in a cross table is set as 7 by default. The columns exceeding the limit will be displayed in the next page.
Note: If there is only one page in a table, the page number in the bottom will not be displayed. When there are more than one page, the page number and the page turn button can be displayed normally.
If the column dimension is more than one, you need to expand them to view all nodes. Tick Expand List Header Node as follows:
The settings of Number of page rows, Show Row Info, Display Sequence Number, and Before freezing N column are supported in Detail Table.
If you want to customize the number of page rows in a detail table, you can set Number of page rows.
For example, set Number of page rows as 10. Thus, only ten rows of data can be displayed in each page of a detail table.
Note: The default number is 100. At most 1000 rows in each page can be set.
Meanwhile, you can view data by clicking the page turn button.
Note: Detail table in FineBI 5.1.14 allows for setting whether to show the current row numbers and total row numbers or not. Detail table contains 20,000 rows of data by default. If there are less than 20,000 rows of data, it will contain all data. The current row number and total row number are displayed by default. Before the version 5.1.14, only 1000 rows of data can be displayed in a detail table.
20,000 rows of data are displayed by default in a detail table. You can hover your mouse over 0 to view the actual row numbers.
If you do not want to display the row numbers for the purpose of the visualization of the table, you can untick Show Row Info in Component Style > Format.
The settings are the same as the group table and cross table. You can see the section "Format of Group Table".
The width of the first N column fields in the table can be fixed through this function. At most 10 columns can be fixed. When you view data left and right through the scroll bar in the table, the width and position of the fixed fields remain unchanged.
For example, you can set the freezing column as 2. Thus, the first two columns, Time of Contract and State, are fixed in the table. When you view data right and left through the scroll bar, they remain unchanged.
