Available Function
Group Table
Number of Rows Per Page, Display Sequence Number, Expand/Collapse Row, and Freeze Table Dimension
Cross Table
Number of Rows Per Page, Number of Columns Per Page, Display Sequence Number, Expand/Collapse Row, and Freeze Table Dimension
Detail Table
Number of Rows Per Page, Display Row Quantity, Display Sequence Number, and Freeze First X Column
For example, you can set Number of Rows Per Page, Display Sequence Number, Expand/Collapse Row, and Freeze Table Dimension for the group table under Component Style > Format, as shown in the following figure.
You can set the number of rows per page for detail tables and group tables, and set the number of rows and columns per page for the cross table. Choose Component Style > Format:
If you set Number of Rows Per Page to 8 for the group table, only eight rows of data will be displayed on each page, and you need to turn the page to view the rest of data, as shown in the following figure.
If you set Number of Rows Per Page to 7 and Number of Columns Per Page to 4 for the cross table, only seven rows and four columns of data will be displayed on each page, and you need to turn the page to view the rest of data, as shown in the following figure.
If you set Number of Rows Per Page to 50 for the detail table, only 50 rows of data will be displayed on each page, and you need to turn the page to view the rest of data, as shown in the following figure.
When you tick Display Row Quantity for the detail table, the total row count will be displayed below the component.
During editing/previewing, the system displays a maximum of 10,000 records of data for performance reasons.
If you tick Display Sequence Number, the Index column will be added to the table to display sequence numbers in order, as shown in the following figure.
Enabling Expand/Collapse Row
1. If you select Collapse, the table rows will be collapsed by default. If you select Expand, the table rows will be expanded by default, as shown in the following figure.
2. You can click the icon to view the expanded or collapsed state of the table rows when viewing the component, as shown in the following figure.
Disabling Expand/Collapse Row
If you untick Expand/Collapse Row, you cannot select Expand or Collapse for the table: 1. Table rows are fully expanded by default, and the row expansion icon XXX disappears. 2. The total number of rows will be displayed below the component, as shown in the following figure.
Compared with the group table, the cross table contains the column dimension, allowing you to set Expand/Collapse Row and Expand/Collapse Column.
As the effects of expanding and collapsing rows of the cross table are the same as those of the group table, this section only shows the effects of expanding and collapsing columns.
Enabling Expand/Collapse Column
1. If you select Collapse, the table columns will be collapsed by default. If you select Expand, the table columns will be expanded by default, as shown in the following figure.
Disabling Expand/Collapse Column
If you untick Expand/Collapse Column, you cannot select Expand or Collapse for the table: Table columns are fully expanded by default, and the column expansion icon disappears, as shown in the following figure.
If you tick Freeze Table Dimension, the frozen dimension field will remain pinned when you slide the bottom scroll bar horizontally to view the table.
Group table: When you slide the bottom scroll bar horizontally, the position of the frozen dimension field remains unchanged, as shown in the following figure.
Cross table: When you slide the bottom scroll bar horizontally or slide the right scroll bar vertically, the position of the frozen dimension field remains unchanged, as shown in the following figure.
You can freeze the first n columns (up to 10 columns). The following figure shows the effect of freezing the first four columns.
