Functions
This document introduces how to use the My Message component in the data portal dashboard.
Adding a Component
Log in to the FineBI system as the admin, choose System Management > Data Portal > Portal Management, and click Add Portal to create a data portal dashboard.
On the editing page of data portal, select Portal Component and then click/drag the My Message component into the data portal.
Component Content
Select a component. Then you can set the component content on the right.
Setting Content
There are five types of messages (supporting multiple selections) that can be displayed in the component.

Demonstration
The preview of the data portal is shown as the following figure.
1. You can switch between different types of messages and view them. For each type, ten messages are displayed at most by default.
2. To view all messages, you can click View All to jump to the My Message tab page in the platform.
3. Click Handle on the right of each message to jump to the pending business.
Component Style
Select a component. Then you can set the component style on the right.
My Message component supports two styles: Follow Theme and Custom.
1. Follow Theme: The component style completely follows the style of Portal Theme. You can only set the title text and whether to display the component title.
2. Custom: The component style does not change as Portal Theme switches. Component Style includes Component Title, Title Text, Title Style, and Component Background.

Adjusting a Component
Hover your cursor over a component and drag the pop-up dotted box to resize and relocate the component.
