The open status of the dashboard directory permission determines which directory folders and the dashboards under them can be viewed in the directory on the left side of the directory home page, so that a specific directory folder can be opened to specific people.
· If the user does not assign the entire directory folder permission, the user cannot view the corresponding directory folder in the left directory.
· If the user is not assigned the dashboard permission under the directory folder, the user cannot view the corresponding dashboard under the directory folder in the left directory.
The permissions that can be set are divided into "View", "Export", "Edit" and "Authorize" permissions.

Whether the user can see the permissions for this dashboard at the directory.
Directory viewing permissions
export permission
Whether the user can export the data of this dashboard corresponds to the export button on each dashboard and component. If there is no export permission, the export option will not appear.
Note: For the report template displayed in the BI data decision-making system, setting the export permission is invalid.

Note: You need to enable hierarchical permission management to display the directory editing permission.

Authorization permissions
Assign permissions that can be assigned on the directory dashboard to subordinate administrators. When subordinate administrators log in to the system, they can assign the permissions they are authorized to authorize to corresponding roles and users.
