Preview dashboard

1.1 Scene description

After creating and optimizing the dashboard, if you want to view the effect, you can use the preview function of the dashboard.

1.2 Feature introduction

Enter the dashboard edit page and click "Preview Dashboard" to enter the preview interface and get the preview link (dashboard preview URL), as shown in the following figure:

Enter the preview interface of the dashboard, and there are buttons to save as, export, and edit dashboard in the preview interface. As shown below:

Save As: Click to save the dashboard as.

Export: Click to export the dashboard to PDF or Excel.

Edit Dashboard: Click to enter the dashboard editing interface.

2.1 Hide all buttons

When the user needs to display the dashboard in the preview state, it will be more beautiful to hide the "Save As, Export, and Edit Dashboard" buttons, as shown in the following figure:

Add the parameter ?entryType=5 at the end of the URL of the preview interface to hide buttons. The effect after hiding is shown in the figure below:

2.2 Hide the "Edit Dashboard" button

Some users need to keep the "Save As" and "Export" buttons in the preview state, and hide the "Edit Dashboard" button, as shown in the following figure:

Add the parameter ?entryType=4 at the end of the URL of the preview interface to hide the edit button. The effect after hiding is shown in the figure below:

Click the component on the preview interface, and you can see a series of operation buttons appear on the upper right of the component. Component restoration, Zoom in, View filter criteria, View details, Export Excel, which is convenient for users to preview the component. As shown below:

3.1 Clear linkage

When the component is linked, click on the component and you will see a clear linkage button  on the upper left of the component. Click this button to clear all linkages related to this component, as shown below:

After a linkage is generated in the dashboard, a clear all linkages button will appear on the top of the dashboard. Click to clear all linkages in the dashboard. As shown below:

In the feature introduction of this article, how to get the preview link (URL) has been introduced. If I share the preview link with others, can others log in to see the dashboard normally?

• If the template authentication function is enabled on the dashboard, other users can view the dashboard through the URL after successful authentication.
  

• If the template authentication function is not enabled on the dashboard, users with data permissions in the template can directly view the dashboard. If there is no relevant data permission, the components in the dashboard display no permission to view.
