Data analysis and visualization in FineBI are performed through analysis subjects. Therefore, you need to manage the completed analysis subjects.
FineBI provides subject management functions such as renaming, moving in batches, deleting, and searching.
FineBI allows you to store analysis subjects in categories through folders. It supports editing, renaming, moving, moving in batches, saving as, deleting, deleting in batches, searching, collaborating, and update information viewing.
Select an analysis subject, click the icon, and select Edit from the drop-down list. (Optional) Select an analysis subject and click the Edit button in the upper-right corner to go to the editing page, as shown in the following figure.
Click Last Edited on the right side of My Analysis to view the recently edited analysis subjects (including those collaborated with you by others), as shown in the following figure.
On the analysis subject list page:
Select an analysis subject, click the icon, and select Rename from the drop-down list to modify the subject name, as shown in the following figure.
On the analysis subject editing page:
Click the subject name in the upper-right corner to modify, as shown in the following figure.
Select an analysis subject, click the icon, select Move to from the drop-down list to move the subject to the location of a specified folder, and click OK, as shown in the following figure.

Select an analysis subject, click the icon, and select Save As from the drop-down list. (Optional) Select an analysis subject and click Save Dashboard As in the preview area. Set Name and Location of the to-be-saved-as subject and click OK. (After saving the subject, you are redirected to the subject editing page.)
Click the icon in the upper-right corner and select Save As from the drop-down list, as shown in the following figure.
Note:1. When you perform Save As on a subject where datasets are referenced to a direct parent table with no access permissions, Save As fails.2. When you perform Copy or Copy to within a subject on the datasets referenced to a direct parent table with no access permissions, Copy or Copy to fails.

You can view Update Information on the subject data. Besides, you can perform Update All on data.

Select an analysis subject, click the icon, and select Delete from the drop-down list to delete the subject, as shown in the following figure.
Note:The subject cannot be deleted if it has published datasets or dashboards inside.
The deleted components, dashboards, and data tables within a subject can be recovered in Recycle Bin.

Switch tabs at the bottom to view data, components, dashboards, and analysis documents, as shown in the following figure.
In the preview area, click a dashboard tab and click Refresh in the upper-right corner to update the dashboard with the latest settings, as shown in the following figure.
