Application Scenarios
After understanding the basic functions of the Data Alert plugin and completing the plugin installation, you can refer to this document for the usage of the plugin.
Example one (table): Trigger an alert when the sales volume for Watchmaker exceeds 400 in the Pareto Analysis of Product Category Sales table.
Example two (chart): Trigger an alert when the sales volume of a certain brand exceeds 300 in a bar chart (used to analyze the sales volume of different brands).

Example One (Table)
Take the dashboard in Directory as an example to set date alert tasks.
Trigger an alert when the sales volume for Watchmaker exceeds 400 in the Pareto Analysis of Product Category Sales table.
Creating an Alert Task
1. Create an alert task.
2. Set Select Component to Pareto Analysis of Product Category Sales, Triggering Condition to Sales volume More than 400, Detection Frequency to Every Hour 30 Minute(s) Detect Once, and Privacy Setting to Available to All.
After completion, an alert task is generated in the alert creation page.
Viewing Notification
After conditions are triggered, the receiver of the alert task can view the notification in the corresponding platform.
The email notification is shown in the following figure.
If you set Other Content to Alert Object, the image of components meeting triggering conditions is also included in the notification.
The SMS notification is shown in the following figure.
The platform notification is shown in the following figure. The recipient of the alert task can view the notification in My Message.
The client notification is shown in the following figure. Take the DataAnalyst app as an example. You can view messages in the app.
Processing Tasks
Log in to the FineBI platform as the admin and view notifications in My Message. To-do task notifications are automatically generated for the responsible person of alert tasks.
View and process to-do alert tasks under System Management > Data Alert > Alert To-Do Center. After completion, click the solve icon.
Example Two (Chart)
Trigger an alert when the sales volume of a certain brand exceeds 300 in a bar chart (used to analyze the sales volume of different brands).
Creating an Alert Task
Add the triggering conditions for a bar chart.
The specific settings of the data alert task are shown in the following figure.
