App Download
You can download the mobile app at Official App Download Website.
App Installation
1. A guide page will appear when you install the app for the first time, and will not appear after the first launch or after the upgrade. The following figure shows the guide page.
Note:1. The Privacy Policy prompt appears when the app is first installed and used.
2. When your mobile device is in English, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, or Simplified Chinese, the guide page language during the first app installation will automatically match your mobile device language. For details, see [App] System Language.
2. Click Use Now to go to the login page of the decision-making platform.
The DataAnalyst V11 app has two built-in servers FineReport Server and FineBI Server.
The FanRuan mobile app displays some online demo templates. You can click Log In to browse and learn about the related features of FineReport and FineBI.

Notes
Problem:
When you open the DataAnalyst app, the startup animation is displayed horizontally, as shown in the following figure.
Cause: If your mobile device has a high DPI, the DataAnalyst app recognizes your mobile device as a tablet, causing horizontal startup animation display.
Solution: You only need to reduce the DPI in the developer mode.
The following figure shows the normal vertical display.
