Plugin Installation

You can obtain the plugin at Digital Clock Widget.

Application Scenario

This plugin can display the current time in real-time. The following figure shows the effect.

Note:

This function can also be implemented through JavaScript, for details, see JS Dynamically Display Current Time. However, frequent refreshing may have potential impacts on system performance.

Procedure

After installing the plugin, drag the digital clock widget into the body of the dashboard from the widget management panel.

Attribute Setting

After selecting the widget, you can set the content and attributes of the widget on the attribute panel on the bottom right. The following figure shows attributes you can set.

1. Style: You can set the display style of the digital clock, there are two options.

Style 1: The year, month, and day are connected with —, and the date, time, and day (in a week) are displayed vertically.

Style 2: The year, month, and day are connected with /, and the date, time, and day (in a week) are displayed in a mixed format.

Note:

The widget can display the dynamic year, month, day, hour, minute, second, and day of the week, but does not currently support displaying the Chinese calendar and holidays, etc.

2. Background: You can set the background color of the digital clock.

3. Font: You can set font, style, color, italic, bold, alignment, etc. Just customize the settings as needed.
