Control display times of data through fields

1. Expect effect

For cargo transportation companies, the database data is as follows. Labels on the outer packaging of the goods need to be made. There are as many labels as there are pieces of goods, and each label indicates the number of goods:

The number of containers is the number of goods. From the above data, it can be seen that the first product has three pieces and needs to be displayed three times, and the second product has four pieces and needs to be displayed four times, as shown in the following figure:

2. Ideas

Mainly the setting of the left parent grid and the setting of the red area in the picture. The red area can be composed of the Range() function plus the corresponding number.

1. Create a embedded dataset

First, create a embedded dataset similar to the transportation company data. The specific data is as shown in the figure above.

2. Table design

Drag the corresponding data column into the corresponding cell as shown in the figure below:

Enter the formula in cell A6: =C1+'/'+B1, which means that the current quantity is the number of the total container quantity.

Use the condition attribute to hide the row height of cell C1.

Set the filter condition for cell A2 as follows: Shipment number is equal to cell A1.

3. Left parent grid setting

Set the left parent cell of cell A2 to cell C1, and set the left parent cell of A3-C6 to cell A2.
