Application Scenarios
You (as admin) can perform the following operations: Manually add a single user and set the user's information.
Delete and disable a user, and edit user information.
Reset the password of a user who forgets the password or whose password is disclosed.
Manually Adding a User
Log in to the decision-making platform as admin, choose System Management > User Management > All Users, click Add User, set relevant information, and click OK. Then a user is added successfully.
The following table describes these settings.

Dept.-Posit. | Not required | You can select multiple departments and positions. Selected departments and positions are ticked. Synchronized departments and positions are not in the list. You (as subordinate admin) can select only departments and positions with permissions. Those you do not have permissions are grey. If you click them, a prompt pops up, indicating that you do not have permission for this node. |

Editing User Information
You can edit the information of a manually-added user as admin or user.
As Admin
You can edit the information and role of a manually-added user as admin. Click OK after modification.
The following table describes these settings.

Reset PWD | You can reset the password of a user who forgets the password. Click Generate User Password. Then the system automatically generates a new password. Click Copy PWD. Then you can copy the new password and send it to a user. Click OK to confirm the modification. |

Log in to the decision-making platform as manually-added user, click the icon in the right upper corner, and click Account Setting. Then you can modify your name, mobile, mailbox, and password.

Disabling a User
Procedure
Manually-added users are enabled by default.
You (as admin) can click the disabling icon and click OK to disable a user.
User Disabled
1. If a disabled user has already logged in to the decision-making platform, the user is immediately kicked out after being disabled, and an error message is displayed, saying that The current account is no longer available. If you have any questions, please contact the administrator.
2. If a disabled user does not log in to the decision-making platform before being disabled, Username Unavailable is displayed when the user tries to log in.
Deleting a User
You can delete manually-added users one by one or in batch.
