Admin Modifying/Resetting Password

Function Description

Admins often encounter scenarios in which passwords are forgotten or need to be modified.

Note:

This section is applicable to users who forget their original passwords and need to reset the passwords.

Modify the value of SystemConfig.serverInit in the FINE_CONF_ENTITY table of FineDB to fail as the super admin.

After modification, restart the report project for the configuration to take effect.

This operation is risky. Perform the operation carefully to avoid causing irreversible consequences.

Note:

This section is applicable to users who do not forget the original password and need to modify the password.

Users can log in to the decision-making platform, click the ^ icon in the upper right corner, and click Account Setting.

Modify the password according to the prompt, click OK, and click Complete. Then the password is successfully modified.

When users modify the password, the old password is required to be entered as the verification for password updating.

1. You can only enter wrong passwords for a maximum of five consecutive times. After you enter a wrong password for the first time, the message "Wrong password. The account will be locked after wrong passwords are entered for 4 more times." is displayed.

2. You continue to enter a wrong password after 5 times, the message "You have input incorrect passwords for too many times. Retry it in 15 minutes." is displayed.

After the super admin account is locked, you can retry modification after 15 minutes or refer to section "Password Forgetting" to reset the password and log in with the new one.
