When you need to export a dashboard to save data and charts and perform other processing or reporting, you can use the export function in FineBI.

You can export dashboards after publishing them to a directory, or export them on the dashboard editing or preview page.
You can export the dashboard as an Excel or PDF file.
The analysis subject has been created in My Analysis and the dashboard has been created.
To export the mounted dashboard component, general users need to get the Exporting Permission of Directory granted by the administrator.
When the role permission authentication is enabled, if you want to get permission to export the dashboard in the directory, you need to assign the export permission to both Permission Configuration and Template Authentication.
1. Click My Analysis to go to the analysis subject editing page, and select Export > Export Excel, as shown in the following figure.
2. The Excel file is generated, as shown in the following figure.
You can export the entire data analysis dashboard preview page as an Excel file. In the exported Excel file, the number of sheets is related to the number of components, and the sheet names are generally the corresponding component names. For example, the dashboard above contains nine components, so the exported Excel file contains ten sheets (the extra sheet is the dashboard page).
1. When the table component is exported, it will be displayed with all dimension nodes expanded. It also includes the theme color and column width set in the component. You can further process the exported Excel data.
The chart component exports and stores the summary results after all dimensions in the component are aggregated in detail, as shown in the following figure.
The dashboard sheet includes various component graphics, and the layout of the dashboard will be the same as that on the PC. The sheet exports components from left to right and from top to bottom. If filters are used on the dashboard editing page, the corresponding export dashboard will also be subject to the filtering. That is, the exported content is consistent with the analysis results currently viewed by you.
The chart component is exported in detail, which is according to the summary results after aggregating all dimensions.
The table is exported according to the default format of the given theme color.
Theme color is supported.
When the group table has multiple columns and is in a tree structure, the cells are merged. However, when you export the data for display in a list, like in a dashboard, the cells are not merged.
The style settings cannot be exported to the Excel file, such as the font size and color, added shapes, table row height, and the setting that makes the cell display in the form of a figure.

1. Click My Analysis to go to the analysis subject editing page, and select Export > Export PDF, as shown in the following figure.
2. Save the PDF file.
The exported Excel file only shows the overall effect of the dashboard page. The layout of components will be the same as that on the PC. Besides, the filter conditions will also be exported. That is, the export effect is the same as the corresponding effect you view on the PC.
