This document introduces how to further identify abnormal orders and find issues directly through data explanation.

Gross Margin Trend Analysis

The previous document shows data anomalies exist in Dove Chocolate at Changsha Meixihu Store in August.

Based on the original filter conditions, you can further filter out data of Dove Chocolate in Product Name to create a gross margin trend chart.

The chart shows that on August 17, 2018, data anomalies appear in Dove Chocolate at Changsha Meixihu Store.

Order Details

Next, you can further analyze which orders have issues by creating a detail table of product orders. For details, see Detail Table.

Indicator data optimization: You can mark the gross profit value less than 0 in red with a downward arrow, and the one greater than 0 in green with an upward arrow.

You can perform Filter Detail to a detail table. For details, see Detail Filtering.

Dashboard and Linkage Setting Addition

Next, you can create a dashboard. Drag the completed components into the dashboard, and perform linkage settings on the dragged components. For details, see Adding Components to Dashboards and Setting Linkage Between Components. 

Issue Checking Through Data Explanation
