After completing the creation of components within a dashboard, you need to lay out the overall dashboard, enrich the content, and beautify the design to finalize the dashboard creation.
You can add a time filter component to filter the component data (Here, you can deselect the components of the MoM analysis of sales, gross profit, and gross margin in Control Range). The default value is August, 2018. For details, see Time Filter Component.
At this point, a report on the decline of the gross margin is basically formed. You may want to add a title named Report on Profit Decline for XXX Retail Group in August. You can choose Other > Text Component. For details, see Text Component.
You can add a KPI indicator card to display data on the sales, gross profit, and gross margin. For details, see KPI Indicator Card.
You can click Dashboard Style to select styles as needed. If you need to make further modifications, you can select Custom and customize the dashboard style as needed. For details, see Dashboard Style.
Congratulations! You have followed all the analysis steps and completed the second analysis case. You have obtained the analysis results and successfully identified the reasons behind the gross profit decline of the group. You have now grasped most of the commonly used functions of FineBI.
