Which directory folders and their dashboards you can view on the left side of the directory homepage depends on the status of the dashboard directory permission, thus making specific people view specific folders.
If you are not assigned the entire directory folder permission, you cannot view the corresponding directory folder on the left side of the directory.
If you are not assigned dashboard permissions under the directory folder, you cannot view the corresponding dashboard under the directory folder on the left side of the directory.
There are four types of supported permissions for settings: View, Export, Edit, and Authorize.

View
View the dashboard in the directory.
Viewing Permission of Directory
Export
Export the data of the dashboard. The Export button on each dashboard and component represents the permission to export the data of the dashboard. If there is no export permission, the export option will not appear.
Note: For report templates posted on the FineBI system, the set Export permission is invalid.
Exporting Permission of Directory
Edit
Edit Directory.
Note: You need to enable Hierarchical Authorization to display the Edit permission of Directory.
Editing Permission of Directory
Authorize
Assign the assignable permissions of the directory dashboard to subordinate admins. When subordinate admins log into the system, they can assign the authorized permissions to the corresponding roles and users.
Note: You need to enable Hierarchical Authorization to display the Authorize permission of Directory.
Authorizing Permission of Directory
Save as subject
Save the published reports in the directory as your own subjects for business analysis.
