Application Scenario

Dashboards and analysis documents in an analysis subject can be made in a report format. After sharing the subject, you can directly present the report through the public link.

Enter Demo Mode allows you to present the shared content in full screen, providing an immersive report presentation experience.

Analysis Report Creation

In an analysis subject, perform visual analysis on data to obtain the initial conclusion. Write a report with dashboards or analysis documents. The following figure shows the sample report.

You can adjust the content and layout as needed.

Report Sharing

In the report explanation scenario, you can share the subject with others to present the content. Besides, you can use the interaction functions (Filter/Jump/Linkage) of dashboards to facilitate your report explanation.

• You can publish an analysis subject to a directory. For details, see Publishing Visualization Resources.

• You can create a public link for an analysis subject. For details, see Sharing Dashboards Through Public Links.

For example, the to-be-reported dashboards in the sample subject are published to a directory.

Report Presentation

You can select a published analysis subject and click Enter Demo Mode in the upper-right corner during the reporting. Then you can immersively present the report content in full screen.

During the presentation, you can switch dashboard tabs and scroll up/down to display the content. After the presentation, you can exit the report directly.
