Functions
You can add various components in the data portal dashboard.

Portal Component | Common Content | displays four types of content: 1. My Favorites: Directories favorited by the login user in the FineBI system 2. Access Record: Directories recently opened by the login user 3. Frequently Visited: User's personal rankings (in descending order) of viewing times for Template, Analysis Subject, and Dataset 4. Hot Content: Users' rankings (in ascending order) of access times for directories which they have viewing permissions | |
Quick Entry | Button allows you to click an entry added in a quick entry component to quickly open the corresponding directory/hyperlink in a new window. | ||
Bulletin Board | displays the latest/historical announcements manually published by the admin. | ||
Report Dynamics | displays the New, Offline, and Change records of directories within login user's permissions. | ||
My Message | displays messages sent from the FineBI system. | ||
Data Dashboard | Data Dashboard | displays directly the components selected from the directory templates. | |
Other | Text Component | allows you to input text and set font, font size, color, format, hyperlink, etc. | |
Image Component | allows you to upload the local images to the data portal and then displays them. | ||
Web Component | allows you to use this component to visit web pages and other templates in the project. | ||
Tab Component | allows you to add multiple components to the tab page and view content of different dimensions by switching between tab pages. |
