Function Overview
Allowed setting execution frequencies for scheduled tasks to have them executed automatically at regular intervals, ensuring prompt data updates.
A scheduled task can be set with multiple execution frequencies.
Function Description
1. You can set Plan Name, Start Time, Execution Frequency, and End Time for a timed scheduling plan, as shown in the following figure.

Scheduling Calendar | Enable this button to reference a scheduling calendar: 1. In FineDataLink of versions before 4.1.13.3, you need to customize scheduling calendars in O&M Center; in FineDataLink of 4.1.13.3 and later versions, when you reference a scheduling calendar, if the calendar is empty, you can click New to be redirected to the scheduling calendar creation page. 2. You can set multiple scheduling plans for a scheduled task to reference multiple scheduling calendars. | |||||||||||||||

Execution Frequency | Four optional setting items are available for Execution Frequency. The following table describes each setting item.
![]() 1. With Execution Frequency set, the next execution will start only after the current execution is completed. Before that, the task is in a queued state. 2. With Execution Frequency set, if a scheduled task fails once, it will still be automatically executed at the next execution time.

Others | On the scheduled task editing page, you can choose Scheduling Plan > Timed Scheduling to set execution frequencies for a single scheduled task. Under O&M Center > Scheduled Task > Scheduling Plan > Timed Scheduling, you can set execution frequencies for multiple scheduled tasks. You can view all execution frequencies set for a scheduled task under Scheduling Plan > Timed Scheduling on the scheduled task editing page. However, here you cannot modify or delete the execution frequencies set under O&M Center > Scheduled Task > Scheduling Plan > Timed Scheduling. You need to modify or delete them under O&M Center > Scheduled Task > Scheduling Plan > Timed Scheduling. Click the |
Procedure
For example, you may want the scheduled task to be executed once every day to ensure smooth task operation.
Enter the scheduled task editing page and click the icon in Production Mode to add a single scheduling plan, as shown in the following figure.
Set Plan Name and Start Time. Set Execution Frequency to Execute Repeatedly, and set End Time to Unlimited so that the current task will be executed at the same time every day, as shown in the following figure.
After the task execution starts, you can see the running record of the scheduled task, as shown in the following figure.
