The component interaction function allows dashboards to quickly respond to analysis operations of service personnel, satisfying the requirements on the interaction between data analysts and dashboards.
Interaction functions (OLAP functions) provided by FineBI include the data drilling, jump, linkage, filter component use, tab component, text component, image component, web component, and parameters.
During actual dashboard use, generally you can first use statistical charts in a dashboard to figure out business problems at a macro level, and then use a drilling linkage on the same page to drill down level by level to specific data for locating specific problems. For details, see Common Drilling.
The following figure shows how to drill down data by date.
The jump function can redirect you from one dashboard to another dashboard (or another webpage). You can also set filtering fields to filter data during jump. For details, see Jumping to Another Dashboard (Analysis Template).
When you click an item in one component that has logical association with other components, related data in these other components will be displayed after filtering. For details, see Setting Linkage Between Components.
The filter component can be used to filter data by range. For details, see Filter Component Overview.
For details, see Tab Component, Text Component Overview, Image Component, and Web Component.
For details, see [Direct Connection] Using Dynamic Columns of the Table Component, [Direct Connection] Transferring Parameters by Directly Suffixing Dashboard URLs, and [Direct Connection] Transferring Parameters Through the Jump Function.
