Application Scenario
You may need to filter data of components in different tables simultaneously. In this case, you can select fields in different tables through one filter component, as shown in the following figure.

Function Description
You can bind fields of different tables in one component and filter data in components created from tables without associations through all filter components, except tree filter components.
If you want to filter data in components from different tables through tree filter components, you can refer to the document Filter Component Controlling Multiple Components Through Associations.
Example
You can download Contract Information.xlsx and Regional Data Analysis.xlsx sample tables.
Component Adding
Add components through two unrelated tables Contract Information and Regional Data Analysis.
Component Adding Through the Table Contract Information
1. Upload the sample data from Contract Information, add a component, click Group Table, drag the fields Contract Signing Date to Dimension and Contract Volume to Indicator, and change the group condition of the field Contract Signing Date to Year, as shown in the following figure.
2. Name the component Contract Information, as shown in the following figure.
Component Adding Through the Table Regional Data Analysis
Upload the sample data from Regional Data Analysis, add a component, click Custom Chart, select Column Chart in Graphic Property, drag the fields Contract Signing Date to Horizontal Axis and Contract Amount to Vertical Axis, and name the component Regional Data Analysis, as shown in the following figure.
Filter Component Adding
Year-Month Interval Filter Component Adding
Add a dashboard, drag the two prepared components to the dashboard, and add a Year-Month Interval Filter Component, as shown in the following figure.
Fields Binding
Go to the field selection page of the filter component and bind fields in two tables with the filter component (as the two tables are not associated).
1. Choose Used Fields > Contract Information and drag Contract Signing Date to Field, as shown in the following figure.
2. Choose Used Fields > Regional Data Analysis and drag Contract Signing Date to Field, as shown in the following figure.
Hover your cursor over a field. The source table of the field is displayed. For example, the source table of the field Contract Signing Date is Regional Data Analysis, as shown in the following figure.
Effect Display
Filter the data from January 2012 to December 2014. Data in both components is filtered, as shown in the following figure.
