Application Scenario
This document describes the FineBI dashboard viewing functions to view users.
Function Description
FineBI provides a series of functions for business users, including favorite, sharing, full screen, self-adaptation, and component interaction, facilitating the business users to view and utilize dashboards.
Directory Operation
Favorite Dashboard
You may want to set a mark for the template that is frequently viewed in the directory. In this case, the FineBI system enables you to quickly view by setting or canceling a favorite to the dashboard in the directory.
Log in to the FineBI system, go to a specific directory, hover the mouse over the title tab of the directory, and you can set or cancel a favorite to the dashboard.
Click the icon to view the favorite dashboard. Hover the mouse over one dashboard title, and you can also cancel the favorite by clicking the
icon.
Shared Dashboard
Log in to the FineBI system, click the icon to view the dashboards that other users share with you.
The shared dashboards are stored and classified according to their sharers. You can also hover the mouse over one dashboard title and click the deletion icon to remove the dashboard.
Dashboard Refresh
Log in to the FineBI system, go to a specific directory, hover the mouse over the title tab of the directory, and you can refresh the current dashboard to obtain its latest status.
Dashboard Adaptation
When other users view the completed dashboard you shared, problems such as dashboard distortion and an incomplete dashboard display may occur due to different screen resolutions and aspect ratios, screen size switching, and browser zooming. In this case, you can adjust the display status of the dashboard by setting Adaptation.
Data Explanation
Data Explanation can help you identify key influencing factors, and you can adjust sales strategies for each region based on these factors.
Data Alert
Data Alert (available after you install the Data Alert plugin) is tailor-made to meet your requirements. It allows you to create data monitoring alerts when you view templates. In this case, the system sends notifications automatically if abnormalities are detected.
