To configure the system setting, you can log in to FineDataLink as the admin, choose System Management > System Setting, or access http://IP address:Port number/Project name/decision#management/system/login via the browser.
The setting items are displayed on the System Setting page, including the Login settings, General settings, SMS settings, and Mailbox settings.
Among these, the Login settings offer rich functions, such as Single Login and Last Login Prompt.
Login
Single Login Setting
Due to security concerns, some users prefer to allow login from only one location. FineDataLink provides the Single Login function to meet their requirement.
Last Login Prompt Configuration
After Last Login Prompt is enabled, you will be notified of the previous login time, IP address, and location upon each login, which can help you identify abnormal login activity in time.
Login Timeout Setting
You can set the login timeout duration. Once it is reached, FineDataLink will automatically log you out.
Password Policy Setting
You can enable Password Policy Setting to enhance account security.
Login Authentication Setting
You can enable login authentication functions as needed. For example, enable Slider to add extra access protection to prevent malicious network attacks.
Login Lock Setting
You can enable Login Lock to prevent brute force attacks.
General
General Parameter
You can configure related general attributes in General Parameter.
WebSocket Setting
You can directly configure the WebSocket port on the General Page, which makes the configuration process more user-friendly.
SMS
FineDataLink includes a built-in SMS platform that allows sending text messages for various scenarios, such as identity verification, log cleanup alerts, and backup failure notifications.
Mailbox
You can receive and send emails in FineDataLink.
To receive or send emails, you need to configure an email account first.
