I. Overview
1) Composed of black bar and white space, barcode contains information. After scanning, the information can be collected to database quickly and accurately.
2) A variety of one-dimensional and two-dimensional barcodes types are embedded in FineReport. Through the display setting, data can be displayed in the form of barcodes.
3) The barcode types supported by FineReport:

II. Steps
1. Create a new dataset [ds1]
1) Create a new DB query dataset.
2) Drag the table [ORDERS] into the DB query.
2. Drag data columns into cells
1) Drag [ORDERID] and [CUSTOMERID] into B2~C2.
2) Drag [SIGNDATE] and [SHIPDATE] into D2~E2.
3) Drag [AMOUNT] into F2.
4) B2~F2: Set center alignment and add borders. Preview the effect.
3. Barcode
1) Select B2.
2) Click Cell Attributes->Display. Click the drop-down box and select BarCode.
3) Default Type: CODE39. Or click the drop-down box after [Type] to change the type.
4) You can set barcode width and height and whether to display barcode text.
4. Preview the effect.
Order IDs are displayed as one-dimensional barcodes and the text of order IDs is displayed below these barcodes
5. QR code
1) Select B2.
2) Click the drop-down box after [Type] and select QRcode.
3) Items that can be set:
Version: a range of 1-16, the higher, the larger information capacity. The default is Auto Choose.
Error-Correction: the percentage of information that can be corrected. L Level - 7%, M Level - 15%, Q Level - 25% and H Level - 30%.
PIX: the resolution.
6. Preview the effect
Order IDs are displayed as QR codes.
