    Functions

The article introduces how to mount a data portal to the directory in the decision-making platform for other users to view after the data portal is prepared.

Example One: Viewing One Data Portal on the Homepage

This section takes the following scenario as an example.

You need to create a data portal dashboard called System Dashboard as the admin.

The Data Dashboard component of this dashboard uses a template from the Dashboard directory.

The Quick Access component in this board uses a template from the Executive directory.

You need to share this data portal dashboard with the user eoco to view.

    Mounting Directories

Log in to the decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > Data Portal, and copy the link of the corresponding portal dashboard.

Choose System Management > Directory Management, select the directory as needed, click Add Link, and set the link path to the link just copied.

    iconNote:
When filling in the link path, you can delete http://IP address:Port number in front of the link path to avoid repeated login caused by different internal and external network addresses.

    Assigning View Permission of Directory

To allow a user to view the complete data portal dashboard, ensure that the user is authorized to view the following directories.

    1. The directory where the data portal is mounted

    2. The directory where the template used in the data dashboard component is mounted

    3. The directory where the template used in Quick Access component is mounted

Log in to the decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > General Permission Configuration, and assign View permission to eoco for viewing the above three directories.

    iconNote:

    1. If the user is not assigned view permission of the directory that is used for the data dashboard component, when they view the data portal, a prompt pops up: 21310124 Data dashboard directory node has no permission.

    2. If the user is not assigned view permission of the directory that is used for the quick access component, when they view the data portal, a prompt pops up: 21300004 No permission.

    Demonstration

Log in to the FineBI system as the user eoco (eoco, 123456) to view the effect.

Example Two: Switching between Multiple Portals on the Homepage

This section takes the following scenario as an example.

You need to create three data portal dashboards as the admin: Home, Operation, and Navigation.

You need to mount these three data portal dashboards on the homepage and share them with system users to view.

    Mounting Directories

Log in to the decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > Data Portal, and copy the link of the corresponding portal dashboard.

Choose System Management > Directory Management, add three homepages, set the link path to the link just copied, and add the parameter multihomepages at the end of the link.

    For example: http://localhost:8075/webroot/decision/data/portal/f7f6c250-45e9-4f4c-a4cc-4669ba412bea/view?multihomepages

    iconNote:

    1. When filling in the link, you can delete http://IP address:Port number in front of the link path to avoid repeated login caused by different internal and external network addresses.

    2. If there are multiple parameters in the link, connect them with &. If there is only one parameter multihomepages, use ? to connect it with the URL.

    Assigning View Permission for Homepages

Log in to the decision-making platform as the admin, choose System Management > Permission Management > General Permission Configuration, and assign View permission to eoco for viewing the above three homepages.

    Demonstration

The user eoco logs in to the decision-making platform. Multiple directories are mounted on the homepage in the form of tabs, which can be switched and viewed.
