If the server address is set in advance based on section "Server Address", the generated portal link will automatically concatenate the server address (in the format http://IP number:Port number/webroot/decision/data/portal/XXX/view) after you click Generate Link.
If the server address is not set, the generated link will be a relative address (in the format /webroot/decision/data/portal/XXX/view).
Click the Generate Link icon on the right of the corresponding data portal on the portal list page to copy the preview link.
After the link is generated, admins can share the data portal with other users through the following methods:
Directly share the link with other users, who can view contents within permissions by logging in to their decision-making system accounts.
Mount the data portal to a directory by mounting the link to the directory.

Viewing Through Directory
Log in to the decision-making system as the admin, choose System Management > Directory Management > Directory Management, and click Add Link.
