Composite Filter Component

Application Scenario

You may be unable to set all possible filtering conditions when making a dashboard. The Composite Filter Component allows users to add filtering conditions while viewing the dashboard freely. It can also achieve complex filtering using the AND and OR logic.

For example, you can use the composite filter to get the sales data where the Store nature is Self-store and the Area is Northeast, as shown in the following figure:

Note:

A dashboard can only contain one Composite Filter component.

Adding a Filter Component

Click Filter Component on the dashboard editing interface and drag Composite Filter into the dashboard, as shown in the following figure.

Selecting a Field

Click Add Condition and Please Select Field to choose a field to filter. 

Adding Conditions

Select fields in the Pareto Data Analysis table and add two filtering conditions in an AND condition to get the sales data where the Store nature is Self-store and the Area is Northeast.

Note:

The added field to be filtered is displayed in the form of table name.field name.
