You may wonder if the currently displayed data of a component has been filtered and what the filter criteria are. In this case, you can use the View Filter Criteria function.
If filtering is performed in the component editing process, users without editing permissions can also know what types of filtering have been performed through the function.
The function is available on both the dashboard preview and editing pages.
The function allows you to view the filter criteria of different filtering methods (including filter components, detail filtering, field filter, result filter, jump, linkage, and drill) in components.
You have already created a dashboard or are currently viewing a shared dashboard.
When you export a component as Excel in preview mode, the exported data is based on the filtering conditions in preview mode. The same is true for data in editing mode.
1. Go to the dashboard editing page and set the filter criteria, as shown in the following figure.
2. Select the Store Number component, click the dropdown icon, and select View Filter Criteria from the drop-down list, as shown in the following figure.
3. The filter criteria of the component are shown in the following figure.
1. Go to the preview page, click the dropdown icon of the Store Number component, and select View Filter Criteria from the drop-down list, as shown in the following figure.
