    Functional Change

    11.0.6

    Added the designer detection function.

    11.0.7

Added the designer jam feedback function.

    Application Scenario

Bugs in the designer environment often cause problems like designer crashes and certain function jams or invalidity. Therefore, the designer environment detection function is added to monitor key scenarios and assist users in locating and solving bugs. At the same time, the designer feedback toolbox function is added to monitor in the background whether the designer is lagging and transmit information such as the lag stack trace to the cloud, making it easier to further identify the clustering reasons and optimize.

    Functions

    1. The designer environment detection function mainly detects the following two items:

    • JAR package: detects whether JAR packages are missing, whether JAR package versions are consistent, and whether JAR packages have conflicts.

    • FineDB: detects whether FineDB is in good condition, whether FineDB has access permissions, and whether FineDB has dirty data.

    2. The Designer feedback toolbox function provides the following two aspects of feedback on designer jam problems:

    • Operation time consumption detection

    • Snap operation class capture

    Detection Scenarios

    Designer Startup

    Designer Startup Failed

If an unknown error occurs in the designer startup, a prompt appears: "Sorry! An unexpected error occurred in the designer", with detailed information shown in the following figure. For troubleshooting, see Abnormal Jar Packages Detection.

    Designer Startup

If an error occurs after the designer startup, a prompt "Designer Environment Detection Error" pops up in the lower right corner of the designer. The pop-up content includes the error display result and the corresponding solution. If there are multiple errors, they will be displayed in separate pop-up windows.

    • You can check error information by switching pages.

    • If you click OK consecutively, the next page is automatically flipped until the last one. Then the pop-up window disappears.

    • If you click No prompt again, the system closes all current error prompt windows of the designer environment detection, which will no longer be performed until users manually enable it.

    • If you click the X icon, the system closes all current error prompt windows of the designer environment detection.

    Switching Working Directory

If an error occurs when you switch working directories, a prompt "Designer Environment Detection Error" pops up in the lower right corner of the designer. The pop-up window includes where and why the error occurs and the corresponding solution. If there are multiple errors, they will be displayed in separate pop-up windows.
