Dashboard FAQ
Q: What should I do if the dashboard creator leaves the company?
A: Staff leaving does not affect dashboards. However, if you want to modify those dashboards, you can use Resource Handover.
Q: For the same parameterized SQL dataset, the query takes only 20 seconds when the component in the dashboard is a detail table, but it takes 1 minute and 20 seconds when it is a chart. Is there room for optimization between the two?
A: The detail table is the chart type with the least calculation time, so you can display it directly. If parameter passing occurs in the chart scenario (usually in the direct connection scenario), the time may be longer due to the front-end rendering.
Q: Why there are no Dashboard tab nodes after I open FineBI?
A: You can contact admins to confirm whether your current user account is set as BI Viewer, if so, ask the admins to change to BI Designer.
Q: How to save analysis subjects of other user accounts?
A: When other users collaborate on analysis subjects with you, you can save them as your analysis subjects during subject viewing.
