Cell Copying, Cutting, and Pasting

Function Description

In addition to the cell content, the row height, the column width, and the format of the cell can also be pasted over by copying or cutting.

Cell Copying

Select the cell you want to copy, right-click the cell, and select Copy on the pop-up menu bar, or press Crtl and C on the keyboard to copy the data of the cell, as shown in the following figure.

Cell Cutting

Select the cell you want to cut, right-click the cell, and select Cut on the pop-up menu bar, or press Crtl and X on the keyboard to cut the data of the cell, as shown in the following figure.

Cell Pasting

Select a cell, right-click the cell, and select Paste on the pop-up menu bar, or press Crtl and V on the keyboard to paste the data, as shown in the following figure.

You can also click the Paste icon of the designer to paste the data, as shown in the following figure.

As you can see, the row height and column width of the cell are also pasted over in addition to the cell content.
